How much interest will I pay?
0% APR on all 2 to 12-month plans. For 24 and 36-month plans, the interest is 12.9%* APR.
Is there a minimum loan amount?
£250.
How much deposit is required?
Your first instalment is always required to place an order. Subject to status, you may be required to pay a deposit alongside your first monthly instalment. This will reduce your monthly payments accordingly.
Can you deliver to a different delivery address to the application?
Yes however this is at their discretion, we will only deliver orders to the address on the application. If you need to change your address please email hello@dividebuy.co.uk with your previous address details and proof of your new address (bank statement, council tax statement or utility bill). When they receive your documents, they’ll confirm if they're able to change this for you.
If so, the new details will be on your account the next time you log in and they'll pass these over to us so we can update this for you. If your query is urgent then you can also reach them on live chat.
Once you've done this, please contact Sofa Club as we'll need to put your delivery on hold while DivideBuy process your request. It's really important that you do this to avoid paying a £99 re-delivery fee.
Can I apply more than once?
Yes. DivideBuy acknowledge the circumstances can change and if your previous application has been refunded, it does not mean that they will automatically turn down a future request. We do however suggest that you leave at least 6 months between applications.
Do I have an online account?
An online account will be created for you when you complete your first application with us. With your online account, you can see the status of your orders and your account history, make payments and manage your personal information. To log in to your account, click here.
How do I make payments?
Payments are collected via a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA). A continuous payment authority (CPA) is a recurring payment that we set up using your payment card details. As part of this process, we ask your permission (‘standing authority’) to take payments as and when they’re due. We collect payments automatically on the date your instalment is due.
How do I cancel my application?
You can cancel your application at any point before you have signed the online documents by contacting the Sofa Club team. You have the right under section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the agreement, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day after the day on which the agreement is signed by you.
