How much interest will I pay?
0% APR with our 12 month option & 14.9% APR Representative with our 2 or 3 year option.
Is there a minimum loan amount?
Yes, the minimum loan amount to apply for V12 Finance is £600 and the maximum is £10,000. However if your order exceeds the maximum amount we can take an upfront payment for the remainder.
How much deposit is required?
With V12 finance you can choose how much of a deposit you would like to pay, however, it must be a minimum of 10% of the order value. Just simply select how much you would like to pay when applying and this will be deducted from your monthly instalments.
Can you deliver to a different delivery address to the application?
If you are moving home or gifting to a friend or relative, please complete the application to your billing address, and then you will need to contact our team with the new address details and proof of address. We will pass this information to V12 Finance who will contact you for clarification before giving us permission to deliver to the new address.
Can I apply more than once?
Yes. V12 acknowledge the circumstances can change and if your previous application has been refunded, it does not mean that they will automatically turn down a future request. We do however suggest that you leave at least 6 months between applications.
Can I change my payment date?
Yes, you can changer your payment date by logging into your V12 self service portal and selecting a new payment date.
How do I make payments?
V12 Finance will automatically take the agreed payment each month. If you would like to make an additional payment you can do this by logging onto your V12 self-service portal or by calling their team on 02920 468900.
How do I cancel my application?
You can cancel your application at any point before you have signed the online documents by calling 02920 468 916. You have the right under section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the agreement, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day after the day on which the agreement is signed by you.
