Am I eligible for a trade account?
Our trade accounts are typically for interior designers, personal shoppers, landlords, architects or property developers. If you think your business fits these criteria, please fill in the online application form providing as much information as possible. If you are planning on placing multiple orders one at a time, you must have already placed one order with us at full price before applying for a trade account.
Do you offer a Trade discount?
Yes, our trade discount starts at 10% off once your application is accepted and can increase based on your 12 months spend with us.
Is there a minimum order for trade orders?
Minimum order for trade is £5000, however if you are planning on placing multiple orders one at a time, you must have already placed one order with us at full price before applying for a trade account.
Can I sell your products?
Yes, we offer a fixed discount to retailers only on clearance products and discontinued lines. Please note our running lines are not available for resale.
Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
Yes, we have a showroom located in Hertford where you can view our products in person. To ensure that we have a dedicated member of staff available to assist you, appointments are required. Please contact us to schedule an appointment, and we'll be more than happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.
Once my application is successful, how do I place an order?
Once your application is approved you will be assigned an account manager for if you have any questions or require any assistance. If you would prefer to self serve we will set you up with a unique private discount code & you can place orders through the website.
Can I use Sofa Club products in commercial properties?
Our products are designed for domestic use only. If you are buying our products for commercial use, it's your responsibility to ensure that they meet industry specifications.
Can I ship your products abroad?
We don’t offer this service however we are happy to deliver to any UK address, we often deliver to shipping companies UK location.
Can I order a selection of fabrics?
Yes, the number of swatches you can order on the website is limited so you will need to speak to your account manager, and we will be more than happy to send multiple fabric swatches to you.
Got a special project?
It may be a bespoke one of one sofa for your brands office that matches your brand colours or a bulk order for a hotel or restaurant project, we are more than happy to discuss your specific needs and requirements.
