You'll receive your Certificate of Insurance, Terms and Conditions and Cleaning Kit within 6-8 weeks of delivery.

What if it's been longer than 6-8 weeks?

We're really sorry if your kit hasn't arrived yet.  Can you please get in touch with our team HERE and provide your email, order number and postcode so they can look into this for you?
